Dr. Chris D'Couto, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. D'Couto brings more than fifteen years of sales, marketing and product development experience to Neah Power. In his previous roles of increasing responsibility at FormFactor Inc. and Novellus Systems, Inc. he was responsible for the introduction of new disruptive products that are critical to the success of these companies. In addition to his Product Management, Sales, and Marketing experience, Dr. D'Couto is the primary author of patents in PVD technology, has authored numerous peer reviewed papers and publications, and has been invited to present at various industry and technical symposia.
He has a B.Tech. (Honors) in chemical engineering from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology in India, a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Clarkson University, NY., and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Arthur Homa, Chief Scientist
Art brings over 20 years of technical management experience in the electrochemical and battery industries to Neah Power. Dr. Homa has held senior posts at Bolder Technologies, an early-stage battery development company, as well as Rayovac Corporation and General Electric. He has extensive experience in managing R&D operations and in advancing technology from the laboratory stage to a high-volume, highly automated commercial production capability. Dr. Homa received his Ph.D. in Electrochemistry from Case Western Reserve University in 1981, and earned his B.A. in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA in 1976.

Stephen Wilson, CPA, CMA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wilson has 25+ years of experience in finance and accounting, most recently as CFO. Past employers include Coopers & Lybrand, Puget Sound Power and Light, Honeywell, Mutual Materials Company, Strategic Finance & Accounting Services and Impart Media Group, Inc.
Dr. Todd Stevens, Vice President of Engineering
Dr. Stevens has 10+ years of technology development and technical management experience in the semiconductor and fuel cell industries. He served as Director of Research and Development at Synetics Solutions and Senior Project Engineer at Mesoscopic Devices, where he developed portable methanol fuel cell generators. Dr. Stevens has system integration experience with both methanol and compact solid oxide fuel cell systems, and has developed specialized thermal and fluidic components. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maine, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
