SEATTLE, WA – May 1, 2006 The Form 10SB registration statement, contains the audited financial statements for Neah Power Systems, Inc., the Washington based subsidiary of NPWS for the two years ended December 31, 2005, and describes the business, management and risks related to the Company. In addition to registering its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company also intends to seek to list its common stock for trading on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board.
