Neah Power Files Form 10-SB Registration Statement With SEC

SEATTLE, WA – May 1, 2006
Neah Power Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation (Pink Sheets: NPWS), formerly, Growth Mergers, Inc., announced here today that it has filed a Form 10-SB registration statement with the SEC to register its common stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and to become a full reporting company. The Form 10-SB filing is subject to review and comment by the SEC.

The Form 10SB registration statement, contains the audited financial statements for Neah Power Systems, Inc., the Washington based subsidiary of NPWS for the two years ended December 31, 2005, and describes the business, management and risks related to the Company. In addition to registering its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company also intends to seek to list its common stock for trading on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. There can be no assurance that the SEC will approve the Form 10-SB filing or that the Company's common stock will be approved for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.

On March 9, 2006, NPWS acquired by merger Neah Power Systems, Inc., a Washington corporation located in Bothell, Washington.
